The Minute Audits team
We came into this with one clear mission: to streamline audits with the help of AI and to help auditors save time on the tedious tasks they didn't like. Along the way we often heard one thing: "That's my dream." We kept building toward that.
But we also realized we needed more than a point solution. So much of the work happens behind the scenes—in the operating systems that power audits and in the outdated processes that slow teams down. To truly deliver on that dream, we needed more structure and a broader foundation.
That's why we're joining Fractional. Fractional is building one intelligent system that runs the company for you. We call it an operating system of actions. Minute Audits will join as an Audit OSA. We will continue with the product fully—the product you use today keeps running and evolving—and we hope to build many more OSAs and bring that "my dream" to many other industries.
We're grateful to everyone who has supported us: our customers, our team, our investors, and our partners. The product continues. We're excited for this next chapter.
